Release time:2025-08-29 11:09:18

Tired of the city's concrete and steel? Want to slow down, touch the steadiness of mountains, and listen to the whispers of water? Embark on a spontaneous one-day metro exploration journey.

Fuyang

First Stop: Zhejiang Japanese Surrender Memorial Hall

This is an important witness to Zhejiang's victory in the anti-Japanese war. The yellowed historical documents and weathered artifacts inside restore those tumultuous years.

Transportation Guide: Exit C of Shoujing Station, Metro Line 6.

Second Stop: Guanshan Park

Guanshan is a microcosm of Fuchun's landscape, history, and culture. The mountain resembles a stork dipping its neck into water, with lush ancient trees and well-arranged pavilions.

Transportation Guide: Exit E of Guihua Xilu Station, Metro Line 6, then take bus route 601.

Third Stop: Fuchun River Bank

If it's still early after coming down from the mountain, you can visit the Fuchun Museum. If dusk begins to color the river, you can stroll along the riverbank or board a boat at the dock for sightseeing.

Transportation Guide:

Fuchun Museum: Take bus route 655 from the north gate of Guanshan Scenic Area.

Cruise Dock: Walk 600 meters from the north gate of Guanshan Scenic Area.

Lin'an

First Stop: Qingshan Lake Water Forest

Rows of metasequoia trees reflect in the lake, creating a sea of greenery. Rent a bicycle to ride along the greenway, or stroll on the wooden walkway to see the metasequoia forest.

Transportation Guide: Exit D of Qingshan Lake Station, Metro Line 16, then a 15-minute bike ride.

Second Stop: Lin'an Museum + Wu-Yue Culture Museum

The Lin'an Museum houses stories of Lin'an from prehistoric times to the Ming and Qing dynasties; while the adjacent Wu-Yue Culture Museum tells the history of the Wu-Yue State through each of its relics.

Transportation Guide: Take the special bus line from Exit D of Qingshan Lake Station.

Third Stop: Lujia Lane

When tired from sightseeing, dive into Lujia Lane, where the aroma of freshly baked pastries fills the air. The fried cakes are so fresh they'll make your eyebrows drop, and the glutinous rice balls wrapped with pickled vegetables will take you back to childhood with one bite.

Transportation Guide: About a 6-minute bike ride from Lin'an Museum.

Take the metro and set off! Perhaps your sought-after scenery is hiding at the next metro exit.
