Cardholders can enjoy one complimentary SF Express "Easy Travel" luggage service (including storage and delivery) at Hangzhou East Railway Station, with a maximum value of 100 RMB. Any excess costs beyond this amount will be borne by the user. Each cardholder may store or ship up to 3 luggage items, with a total weight limit of 20 kilograms. This service is available only within downtown Hangzhou, excluding outlying districts such as Jiande and Tonglu.
