Fang Hui Chun Tang has strict requirements for ointment-making tools and complex and rigorous workmanship. The ointment-making inheritors’ experience in the mastery of medicinal properties, heat manipulation, and ointment coloring all rely on word of mouth, and the production technique of ointment has a history of over 360 years. Every year, Fang Hui Chun Tang will hold an ointment festival to promote this traditional medicine production technique.
