In addition to the enchanting fragrance of the various flowers on the shores of West Lake, there are shades of green from the lush vegetation. If you want to immerse yourself in the vibrant greenery of West Lake, then come to the Inner West Lake on the west side of Yanggong Causeway. From the perspective of sitting on a boat, you can explore this hidden gem within the "secret realm of West Lake".

The "Breeze-ruffed Lotus at Winding Garden" is a place that can soothe one's inner self. With lotus leaves filling the entire pond, complemented by pavilions and terraces on the shore, it presents a picturesque scene of the Jiangnan region.

Adjacent to "Breeze-ruffed Lotus at Winding Garden" is a spectacle called "Impression West Lake: the Enduring Memories of West Lake," which combines the natural scenery and historical culture of West Lake with live performances, creating a visual and auditory feast.

Walking the entire route of the Yanggong Causeway Scenic Area, you will pass through approximately 27 bridge arches. Remember to hold up your camera when approaching a bridge arch; this photo angle is only available from boats. The reflections of the semi-circular arches of the bridges on the water merge with the water, forming circles that resemble a full moon. Looking through the circle, you'll see the picturesque scenery of the lake and its surrounding mountains.

The Jiangnan-style garden architecture in Hangzhou serves as a natural viewfinder for scenic views. Standing at one end of the Jiuqu (Nine Turnings) Bridge, through the doorway and lattice windows of the "Heart-to-Heart Pavilion", you can perfectly appreciate the scenery of all three pagodas in "Three Pools Mirroring the Moon".

Guo's Villa ingeniously takes advantage of the scenery of West Lake, blending into the lake's beautiful landscape and working with the causeways and traces of boats. Guo's Villa features a large number of doorways and lattice windows, each offering a different view of the West Lake. Visitors will feel as if they are admiring a series of paintings.

In the frame composition, door frames are indispensable elements. The presence of door frames adds more layers and a sense of breathing space to the white walls and black tiles of the buildings. Find the right angle, click, and a photo full of atmosphere is born.

Ascending to a high point is one of the best ways to appreciate the beauty of West Lake. With an altitude of less than a hundred meters, Baoshi (Precious Stone) Hill offers the best panoramic view of Bai Causeway. Baochu Pagoda is the "best partner" of Baoshi Hill. The two, complemented by the setting sun and floating colorful clouds, harmoniously combine to create a magnificent picture.

Jingci Temple offers the most Zen-like high-altitude view of West Lake, which offers a vantage point to view both West Lake and Leifeng Pagoda. Elegant and serene, with the continuous sound of Buddhist chants, this scenery is the most distinctive feature of Hangzhou.

Every scenic spot around West Lake has its unique charm. Whether you're admiring it from a high point or standing by the water, you can discover its different beauties from various perspectives, thus experiencing the charm of the mountain and water scenery of Hangzhou.
