Cultural Exploration by the Lakeside:

Our journey begins at the Zhejiang Bookstore on Geling Road in the Xihu District. This site is the location of the former Zhiguo Zen Temple, embodying a rich cultural heritage.

Next, we visit the Uncle Red Hat Dumpling Shop, a legendary eatery featured in a famous food documentary. Their dumplings come with a delightful variety of fillings, including tofu, meat, and chives.

Finally, we arrive at Mituo Temple, which has a history of over 130 years. Once one of the four major temples in Hangzhou during the late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China, it is home to the largest cliff inscription in the city.

Culinary Adventure:

Wang Rong Zongzi — Hangzhou Basketball Park — Hangzhou Esports Center

The signature dish at Wang Rong Zongzi is the five-flavored pork zongzi, which often draws long lines of eager customers.

Our second stop is Hangzhou Basketball Park. Once an underutilized space beneath a bridge, it has transformed into a large sports park, leading the way for a new trend in urban sports.

We then head to the Hangzhou Esports Center, known for its unique design and structure, giving it the appearance of a naturally growing organism within the neighborhood.
