Tianmu Hot Pot

When in Lin'an, how can you miss Tianmu Hot Pot?

Chinese cuisine is vast and profound, and the ancient Tianmu Mountain has nurtured exquisite delicacies, which have been turned into these "gold medal dishes."

According to the "Annals of Lin'an County," people in Lin'an liked to place hot pots on the table for cooking and eating at the same time, which was very delicious. This was the prototype of "Tianmu Hot Pot." It has developed to this day with the concept of "everything can be cooked in a pot." The ingredients are sourced from various regions of the Tianmu Mountain range, mainly from local villagers' planting and farming.

Among them, the most popular "Top Ten Hot Pots" are the Fuyu Yanxia Spring Bamboo Shoot Hot Pot, Changhua Xiaogou Beef Hot Pot, Guanhong Huangshi Family Chicken Hot Pot, and Dongpo Buddha Seal Fish Head Hot Pot, etc. You can find them in flagship stores and brand stores of "Tianmu Hot Pot" in the urban area of Lin'an. This year, they have also entered the Zhijiang Cultural Center in the main urban area of Hangzhou, becoming a cross-regional "four-season delicacy."
