Recently, a new agriculture-themed park covering an area of 16,700 square meters was built in the northern area of Qiantang District University Town. It not only offers strong visual appeal but also allows visitors to experience agricultural planting. Some crops are expected to be harvested by the end of October. Do you want to know the specific location? Get informed in advance!
01 Crop Changes with the Seasons in the Park
The agricultural-themed park is located on the southeast side of the intersection of Lingyun Street and Yinjiang Lane in Qiantang District. It is based on agricultural planting. Different crops such as wheat, corn, soybeans, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, and other crops are planted in different areas of the park according to different seasons and themes.
The park actively explores the introduction of new planting techniques and advanced agricultural technology to ensure the healthy growth and sustainable appreciation of the crops. Efforts are made to create a comprehensive green space that combines sightseeing, tourism, leisure, and entertainment.
02 Nine-Box Grid and Bagua Field! Unique Park Design
In terms of design, the park takes "Welcoming the Asian Games" as its theme and creatively incorporates elements of the nine-box grid and the Bagua diagram, combining modern agricultural technology with the essence of traditional culture, forming a unique garden landscape.
There are multiple scenic walking paths in the park, making it convenient for residents to fully enjoy the scenery. In addition, there are two large grain warehouses that reach a height of 3.5 meters. Their exquisite and unique shapes make them the top choice for citizens to take photos.
As you walk through the park, various crops cover the entire area. Together they form a beautiful rural picture, add "ecological beauty" to the city and make the surrounding living environment more "livable".
03 A Bountiful Harvest Expected by the End of October
Furthermore, the park attaches great importance to cooperation with the local community. Various agricultural activities will be held to invite residents and children representatives to participate in planting, managing, and harvesting. Through hands-on practice, they can experience the charm of agriculture and foster a social atmosphere of cherishing land resources and protecting the ecological environment.
The agriculture-themed park not only "cultivates" beautiful scenery but also promotes a slow-paced urban lifestyle. Currently, some crops in the park are still in the growth stage and are expected to be harvested by the end of October this year. By then, it will provide a place for the general public to experience agriculture and reconnect with nature for leisure and recreation.
