Xiangshan Art Commune

Located at the south foot of Xiangshan, Zhuantang neighborhood, West Lake District, Xiangshan Art Commune is supposed to be an all-weather, multi-form, and open-ended art park among mountains and waters upon completion, serving as an arts and humanities community between urban and rural areas, an art industry park interwoven with culture and creativity, and an art exchange platform between society and colleges. It is composed of 12 Xiangshan views and 24 nodes, and major efforts are made to create studios at the core area, public facilities, riverside gardens and park landscape, to form a gathering place of cultural and intellectual creation, home for artistic talents, and a destination for cultural tourism.
