Excellent Fashion Factory Outlet Store and Fashion+ Co-Innovation Space

Located at No. 1 Xiashachangkong Road, Qian Tang District, Excellent Fashion Garment (Hangzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 1997. Specializing in the fashion industry, the company integrates design, production, marketing, logistics, and informatization. It owns a string of acclaimed clothing brands such as 3COLOUR, IBUDU, LEISURE, and U&U, with its sales network encompassing more than 30 provinces, cities, and autonomous regions nationwide. Starting in 2021, the company initiated the establishment of an Excellent Fashion Technology Industrial Park Industrial Tourism Base. With a floor area of 73 mu (about 48,667 square meters), the industrial park has completed construction of buildings covering 160,000 m2 as of now, including a 55,000- m2 shared platform and 5,000 m2 of supporting services. The park primarily showcases the whole production and processing process of the fashion industry. It features various functional areas, such as visitor reception centers, corporate culture exhibition centers, brand clothing design, production areas, and factory outlet stores. The park endeavors to evolve into a digitalized park within three to five years, aiming to forge a "six-in-one" industrial system that comprises fashion design, intelligent manufacturing, marketing and communication, consumption, brand incubation, and entrepreneurship. It seeks to establish itself as an entrepreneurship and innovation benchmarking fashion platform that is top-notch in Zhejiang Province and well-known across the country and construct an industrial tourism demonstration base that spearheads the innovation and development of the fashion industry.
