Tonglu Fuchun River (Luci) Rural Slow Life Experience Area is Zhejiang's inaugural pilot zone for countryside slow living experiences. Situated in the southeast part of Fuchunjiang Town, on the "Two Rivers and One Lake" (Fuchun River—Xin'an River—Qiandao Lake) golden tourist route, the area boasts a unique landscape and profound cultural heritage. The experience zone is centered around three villages—Luci, Maoping, and Shishe—and two nationally renowned scenic spots, Yan Ziling Fishing Platform and Baiyunyuan Scenic Area. The experience zone interweaves natural landscapes of rivers, creeks, mountains, valleys, villages, and fields, showcasing authentic rural elements such as "authentic ecology, authentic life, authentic production." It presents the most authentic rural life and production methods, emphasizing the creation of a "slowest" rural lifestyle, inviting visitors to experience a slower pace of life, and painting a picture of a "mountain-water dreamland, spiritual home" for urbanites to slow down, free their minds, and reconnect with nature. The experience zone advocates the concept that "green water and blue mountains are golden and silver mountains," enriching the meaning of "seeing the mountains, seeing the waters, remembering the homesickness" with a cultural and economic approach to promoting ecological industry development.
