Guanshan Park is an AAA-level tourist attraction, renowned as the " Famous Cultural Mountain in East China". Guanshan is a beautiful small mountain that extends into the Fuchun River. Within the park, Donggong Shrine is a historical shrine built by the Fuyang District Committee and District Government to commemorate Dong Bangda and Dong Gao, father and son, who lived during the mid-Qing Dynasty. The Dong family served during the reigns of Emperor Yongzheng, Emperor Qianlong, and Emperor Jiaqing, and they are representative figures in Fuyang's history, holding the highest official ranks, achieving great artistic accomplishments, and having the best reputation in official conduct. The "First Building of the Spring River" is an iconic architecture of Guanshan. According to records, the original "First Building of the Spring River" had three floors but was destroyed by war fire during the Xianfeng period of the Qing Dynasty and later rebuilt as a two-story building during the Tongzhi period. The current shape of the building, seen today, was reconstructed in 1964 and features a more exquisite and elegant structure. The hanging plaque in the center of the building, which reads "First Building of the Spring River," was inscribed by the contemporary renowned calligrapher Sha Menghai. The Natural and Culture Museum located at the top of Guanshan focuses on displaying and showcasing Fuyang's natural and cultural history.
