The "Qiandao Lake Luneng Resort" project is situated in the southwestern part of Qiandao Lake, which serves as the venue for the Chun'an competition area of the 19th Hangzhou Asian Games in 2022. This project is invested and constructed by the state-owned enterprise "China Green Development Group (CGDG)" and is centered around the mission of promoting green development and building a beautiful China. Its goal is to create a high-end international ecological tourism and resort area that integrates sports events, sports health preservation, leisure vacations, ecological experiences, and cultural and creative arts. It aims to be a paradise for enthusiasts of a global lifestyle.
Green No. 7 Park is located within the Qiandao Lake Luneng Resort and covers a total planned land area of 530,000 square meters (nearly 90 hectares). It has a building area of 21,700 square meters and a water area of almost 32 hectares.
