Tianmuli

With a floor area of approximately 230,000 square meters, Tianmuli is home to offices, art galleries, art centers, show venues, design hotels and art businesses, and is an iconic comprehensive art park. Its design concept is to build buildings around the entire base to create an enclosed 90 x 120m square, making it an oasis-like 'city living room' and a generator of artistic life.

The fair-faced concrete project at Tianmuli is one of the most talked about in the industry. The total area of vertically poured fair-faced concrete walls of the project reaches over 40,000 square meters; that of horizontal structural components reaches over 130,000 square meters. The millimeter precision of the walls, the “silk-like” texture of the walls and the extremely thin load-bearing walls of the art center all meet the world's top construction standards.
