Hangzhou Branch of the National Archives of Publications and Culture

Hangzhou Branch of the National Archives of Publications and Culture (杭州国家版本馆), also known as "Wenrun Pavilion (文润馆)", is located in Pingmi Town, Yuhang District, with a total area of about 100,000 square meters. Situated in a building near a World Heritage Site, it is low-key but elegant. The building was converted from a disused mine. It took two years to build, taking advantage of natural hills, water, vines, and trees. It perfectly integrates the temperament of the Song Dynasty with local styles, reflecting the precipitation of history and the exchange and mutual learning between Chinese culture and world civilizations.
