01 Daicun National Mountaineering Fitness Path 戴村国家登山健身步道
Daicun National Mountaineering Fitness Trail is the first national mountaineering fitness trail demonstration site in Xiaoshan. The overall route consists of one main route and several branch routes. The routes are distributed in a lotus pattern. You need not worry about which route to take, as each will lead you to beautiful views.
The total length of the trail is 80 km. It runs through the famous scenic spots of Daicun town, such as Xiangtian Bamboo Wind, Tianshi Waterfall, 100-million-year-old volcanic ruins, and the 1,000-year-old Yunmen Temple. Each section of the path will bring you discoveries, which can be described as endless fun.
02 Xianghu Phase III Lakeside Greenway湘湖三期环湖绿道
The total length of the greenway is 7.6 km. In contrast to the usual lime-gray runways, this greenway is made up of seven colors: red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue and purple. It's colorful, so it's also known as the Seven-Colored Greenway.
The greenway passes Chuyangyang (初阳台), Siting Bridge (四亭桥), Zhenghe Bridge (政和桥), Meishan Hill (眉山), Playing Water in Jinsha (金沙戏水), Hegong Causeway (贺公堤), Dingshan Square (定山广场), West Dingshan Island, and Xianghu Road (湘虎路). Flowers are often found blooming along the roadside. The views are great.
03 Siwuling Tourist Trail寺坞岭游步道
The Siwuling Tourist Trail in Yiqiao Town is built on the basis of the ancient Siwuling Trail and has a total length of 2.5 kilometers. Starting from Nanwu (南坞), it passes through Tongdian Bay (铜钿湾), Dapan Mountain (大爿山), Linfeng Village (林峰村), Siwuling, and Xiong'ebi (Male Goose Nose: 雄鹅鼻), Yunfeng Mountain (云峰山), and ends at Beiwu (北坞).
The pavement of the rebuilt trail is all made of stones, and based on the original trail, a leisure archway, a leisure pavilion, and a waterfall viewing platform have been added. It is very pleasant to listen to the bamboos rustling in the wind as you walk slowly beside the green bamboo groves.
04 Puyang River Greenway浦阳江绿道
The Puyang River Greenway (a branch line of Provincial Greenway Line 1) is built on the bank of the river, blending with the surrounding beautiful natural landscapes, and connecting the Former Residence of Cai Dongfan (蔡东藩), the Hometown of Xi Shi (西施故里), the Former Residence of Tang Shouqian (汤寿潜故居), Viewing Fish at Yupu (鱼浦观鱼) and other cultural resources.
There are two large, two medium and six small post stations along the greenway, providing various rest points for citizens and visitors. In addition, there are humanistic landscapes and sculptures with themes such as “Xishi Washing Gauze” and “Playing with Butterflies in Flower Field”, implying some ancient historical allusions, waiting for you to explore carefully.
