"The Song of Moon" Performance

"The Song of Moon" performance is a brand-new real-action performance based on natural landscape. It conveys the message of "listening to the moon telling the stories of the past 1000 years" and is a classic not to be missed for everyone visiting Jiande. Through it, viewers can feast on the clear river and the bright moon in the mist, and travel back in time more than a thousand years to capture the life of Jiande, both past and present.

The performance is themed on the famous poem, called "Mooring on the River at Jiande" by the noted Tang Dynasty poet, Meng Haoran. It is characterized by three highly artistic images of the river, the moon and the men, including the aesthetic interpretation and multi-layer spiritual expressions of Xin'an River, the moon, life cycle, homesickness, and previous and present life.
