As a landmark in the north of the city, Wangcheng Pavilion is quite famous. It echoes with Chenghuang Pavilion on Wushan Hill in the south of the city. The fifth floor is the best viewing point of the entire building. Looking east, you can see Linping and the Qiantang River. Looking south, you can see almost the whole city of Hangzhou, and looking north, you can see the entire Hangzhou Iron and Steel Group and Chongxian New City.
