*Wu Gang (吴刚), a figure in Chinese folklore, is a woodsman trapped in the circle of chopping a self-healing osmanthus tree day by day on the Moon.

Qiandao Lake “Love of Moonlight” Light and Shadow Art Night Tour
Five sections with 27 light and shadow art spots and 26 works designed by international light and shadow masters from over ten countries all over the world... High-tech measures are used to bring you a wave of visual feasts!
Qiandao Lake's “Love of Moonlight” light and shadow art night tour is located on Yueguang Island inside Qiandao Lake Scenic Area, a 5A-level scenic area. Moonlight Island is comprised of four islands, which are connected with three distinctive floating bridges. It has the most romantic atmosphere and the strongest cultural connotations in the Qiandao Lake Scenic Area.
The night tour consists of two chapters, “Themed Light and Shadow Show” and “International Light and Shadow Art Biennial”. With the artistic conception of “moon appreciation, moon chasing, dream chasing and dream fulfilling”, it highlights the mountain and water culture of Qiandao Lake and the theme of moonlight.
The “Theme Light and Shadow Show” arranges five sections with 27 light and shadow art spots. The first international light and shadow art biennial displays 26 works designed and created by international light and shadow masters from over ten countries around the world.
Step on Yueguang Island and enjoy the night views of the lake and the mountains.

Wu Gang gives away wine and invites you to taste the special osmanthus brew.
In China, the legend of Wu Gang chopping a self-healing osmanthus tree for eternity on the moon is widely circulated and enjoys great popularity. It’s only during the Mid-Autumn Festival that Wu Gang can take a break under the tree and spend the happy festival together with the world. On Yueguang Island, a new interactive experience spot, Wu Gang Wine Shop, is set up. Visitors can taste the special osmanthus brew in Wu Gang Wine Shop for free.

NO. 2 Chang’e Flies to Yueguang Island to Meet You
Chang'e, the goddess of the moon, will be giving away gifts.
Chang'e will come to the earth and give away gifts. Will you be the lucky one among the hundreds of thousands of people?
If you are lucky, you’ll meet Chang’e, the goddess of the moon, while touring the island and she will give you a small gift. The number of gifts is limited and the gifts will be given away while stocks last.

NO. 3 Mid-Autumn Festival Photo Taking
Take photos of the attractions and share them to win a prize.
You can get a Jade Rabbit hand lantern for free if you take photos in attractions on Yueguang Island like “Wu Gang Wine Shop”, “Chang’e, the goddess of the moon”, “the Big Moon”, etc., and share them on social media platforms such as Xiaohongshu, WeChat Moment and Douyin, and an extra Yueguang Island admission ticket (with a limitation of 30 tickets) if your sharing photos have got more than 66 likes on the social media.
