Tips:
1. All children must be accompanied by an adult parent/caregiver to take the hot air balloon ride.
2. It is strictly prohibited to carry any luggage or prohibited items onto the hot air balloon.
3. People who are pregnant, afraid of heights, mentally ill, or have heart conditions or other conditions that may result in discomfort during the lift-off are not allowed to ride.
4. Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited on the flight site and during the ride.
5. Please strictly follow the instructions of the staff. Don’t wander around, jump or make noises during the flight.
6. Please inform the pilot in time if any passengers feel unwell during the flight; other passengers shall obey the arrangement and emergency plan of the pilot.
7. Please make an appointment by phone in advance after purchasing the ticket. In case of bad weather such as wind, rain, and snow, the operator has the right to cancel the flight based on the principle of safety first.
