Shengguo Temple (圣果寺) is not only a famous ancient temple, but also a royal monastery in the Southern Song Dynasty. It was constructed during the Qianning Years of Tang Dynasty (894-898) and was repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt. There are many cultural relics and historic sites there, such as the afterimages of the Three Saints in the West and the cliff stone carvings reading "忠实 (Faithfulness)" by Emperor Gaozong of Song. Every stone is telling the past in detail, and visiting the place is like entering a time tunnel.
