Lakeside Park

The Lakeside Park extends for 1 kilometer and consists of 6 sections of different sizes. From south to north, they are the First Park, Second Park, Third Park, Fourth Park, Fifth Park and Sixth Park, collectively referred to as Lakeside Park. The weeping willows, pines, and camphor trees planted in the park form the shade of green trees. The nicely layered flowerbeds are well-planned with various flowers, colorful and full of fragrance, just like a colorful ribbon of seven colors.

"I am lost in the painting-like views, without noticing myself being in a painting" is a true portrayal of Lakeside Park. The Lakeside Park can be seen as a window to the famous West Lake. It is like a green promenade, floating gently on the east bank of West Lake. Seen from here, the lake water is surging, creating large-scale waves. Although the Lakeside Park is located in the bustling center of Hangzhou, it is isolated from the lakeside road by thick and shade-providing trees. Thus the park is relatively quiet. Lakeside Park is so beautiful that it is a must-visit attraction for tourists traveling to Hangzhou.
