On the evening of July 25, a charity event named "Original Aspiration • Dream" kicked off in Hangzhou. At the event, Zhou Xiuping, one of the first dream chasers to submit her dream for Asian Games, made an amazing debut with her dream. "At the beginning, my intention to submit the Asian Games dream is to make the traditional art of Hangzhou embroidery known, loved and paid attention to by more people through the stage of the Hangzhou Asian Games. Fortunately, that dream has now come true." Zhou Xiuping used her needle and threads to embroider a lotus flower and combined it with the licensed products for Hangzhou Asian Games, creating the first public welfare licensed product for Hangzhou Asian Games – the multi-functional double-sided Hangzhou embroidery tableware. In the future, there will be more such products for the Hangzhou Asian Games. The money from the sales of each public welfare licensed product for the Asian Games will be proportionally included in the public fundraising project "Hangzhou Asian Games Dream Fulfillment Campaign", which will help realize the Asian Games dreams of the chasers.
Some of the Asian Games dreams have come true, and we are still looking forward to more. The vice principal of Hangzhou Chen Jinglun Sports School and national swimming coach Bai Ziyue, and Hangzhou women's football coach and team members also showed up to share their dreams for the Asian Games. As a famous swimming coach in Zhejiang and even in China, Bai Ziyue also had his own dream for Asian Games. "Of course, my dream for the Asian Games is that more swimmers from Zhejiang Province will be able to participate in the Asian Games at their doorstep and achieve better results, so that swimming, a competitive sport in Zhejiang Province, will be passed down from generation to generation through the joint efforts of our coaches and athletes. This is my Asian Games dream and my original aspiration."
In addition, Hangzhou Sports Lottery will also focus on the youth, families and yoga enthusiasts and carry out national fitness activities such as Hangzhou Children's Cheerleading Exercise Selection Competition, family walking event, and Yoga event for thousands of people to cheer for and empower the Asian Games.
It is reported that since the launch of the large-scale public welfare campaign "Look for Asian Games Dreams 2022", the Hangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee and 16 joint dream makers have collected more than 110,000 Asian Games dreams. The Weibo topic of #Look for Asian Games Dreams 2022# has been read by more than 170 million people, creating a good public welfare atmosphere for the Asian Games in Hangzhou.
