According to the "Emergency Plan for the Flood Control, Anti-Typhoon and Drought Relief in Chun'an County" and the "Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, TV and Tourism's Urgent Notice on Well Handling the First Level Flood Control Emergency Response to Tourism Safety", the County Flood Control and Drought Relief Headquarters decided that starting at 16:00 on July 7th, flood control level I emergency response would be started. In order to do a good job in tourism safety during the flood season, the emergency notice is as follows:
1. From July 8th, all A-level scenic spots, guesthouses (farmhouses), rafting, and water projects in Chun'an County will be temporarily closed to the public; various cultural and sports enterprises, clubs, and associations will suspend outdoor team building projects, outdoor outbound training, water sports and other water-related and risk-related activities, and at the same time, do a good job of persuading tourists who have booked to return. The reopening time will be notified separately.
2. All travel agencies must fully study and judge the safety status of the scenic areas included in the tourist itinerary, are strictly prohibited to organize tours to the danger-hidden spots of geological disasters of flood and waterlogging, cancel or adjust the tourist routes including areas with potential safety hazards in a timely manner, timely report the flood season information, and do a good job in safety emergency plans and evacuation and resettlement of tourists.
3. All scenic spots, hotels, guesthouses (farmhouses) and other cultural and sports enterprises should do a good job in the transfer, placement and reinforcement of personnel, facilities and equipment below 109 meters (Yellow Sea Elevation System) to ensure the safety of life and property.
4. All enterprises should strengthen inspections, insist on watching and guarding, do a good in job in investigating potential dangers, disaster prevention and control work, and making preparations for disaster-prone areas such as mountain torrents, debris flows, and other geological disasters, and in case of major dangers, report to our bureau in a timely manner and report the situations of affected enterprises within the jurisdiction as required.
