City Portal is one of the newest skyscrapers being built in the central business district of Hangzhou, at a height of 310 meters it will be the tallest building in Hangzhou.
City Portal comprises of two towers, and in a certain light you can see what looks like two open wings, which could be symbolic of the city soaring harmoniously.
Construction on the project started in October 2017. It is one third complete and is due to be finished before the Asian Games in 2022, where it will showcase the city charm of Hangzhou to Asia and the world.
