Romance of Song Dynasty is the highlight of Song Dynasty Town, where you can walk along antique streets and savor the civil customs from the Song Dynasty. It is a large stereoscopic musical drama which adapts old stories and legends, such as the Legend of the White Snake, the Butterfly Lovers, the Life of Liangzhu People and the Brilliant Palace. The Romantic Show of Songcheng satisfies a number of senses and in doing so captures both hearts and minds.

Hostel Audio Room
Equipped with a Holographic Stereo System, the audio room creates a vivid and magic sound world. Listening to headphones you can travel back to the Steamed Dumpling Shop in Water Margin where the sound of scraping of knives will send chills down your spine.


Love Bridge When you come to the Love Bridge, you can buy a small wooden board on which you can write your wishes and then tie it to the bridge railings. After you travel through this bridge which stands for love, friendship and family affection, you will be greeted by other interesting activities. 

Lijiang River Love Song
At the end of Love Bridge, and to the right, is the performance site of Lijiang River Love Song. Performed only at night, it is a large-scale live-action performance that tells the beautiful, but heartbreaking, love story of a Tibetan boy and Nakxi girl. Furthermore, the show’s erupting volcano, towering waves and graceful national dances will all leave you with an everlasting impression.

Hangzhou Song Dynasty Town boasts twenty entertainment shows including the Lijiang River love Song, Pretty Woman and other fascinating performances.

Joy Castle
Joy Castle is predominantly designed for children where a wealth of amusement programs such as woodland adventures and mini-speed cars await, as well as several fancy facilities in which you can experience the power of science and technology, for example in the Hammer House of Horrors and in the Maze.

Weird Street
After enjoying the wonderful things that Song Dynasty has to offer, now it’s time to experience the bizarre charms of it. Strange things will happen in every house on Weird Street. When you enter the diagonal house, you will not only lose your balance but will also feel inexplicably dizzy. What’s more, the wooden ball will roll from low to high and there is also an invisible house and magic maze with mirrors.

Street Performers
With drums beating and cymbals clashing, the performers are coming! You will think that masters are in a civil war when you see them brandish a sword and spit fire.

Ancient Figure Parade
Ancient figures such as the quirky Buddha Jih, Figured Monk Lu Zhishen, Tiger Killer Wusong or even the night watchman appear in the Song Dynasty parade.

Hand Puppet
